Beginning in 2007, interior designer Patrick Printy and his longtime partner, Dan Holland, acquired three vacant parcels spanning 16 acres in Sonoma County’s bucolic countryside for nearly $1.4 million.
Over the ensuing years, the couple crafted a deeply personal retreat anchored by a striking Cape Dutch-inspired main home complemented by a rustic barn and a guest residence.
