Sir Christopher Nolan’s latest film is “The Odyssey”, an adaptation of Homer’s highly impactful and influential epic poem. The task of bringing this epic to film was not easy, but “The Odyssey” does it wonderfully. “The Odyssey” follows Odysseus (Matt Damon) as he journeys from Troy to his home, Ithaca. Odysseus is a flawed main character, haunted by the choices he had to make to end the war in Troy. Despite this, “The Odyssey” is still an amazing epic film and shows how capable Christopher Nolan is as a director.
