Seven-year-old girl takes on big challenge for Grand Appeal
['Sam Riley']
Hereford Times | News
After four days in Hereford Children’s Department, she was transferred to Bristol’s Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she spent eight days sedated on life support.
The Grand Appeal gave the family emergency accommodation and support, allowing them to stay together during Lily’s treatment.
"This is a new challenge and one she will find hard, but she’s an incredible girl who is very determined."
The 3km Junior Wolf Run features rope climbs, water crossings, and plenty of mud.
Eva-Rae will wear her Grand Appeal t-shirt during the challenge in honour of the charity’s support.
