Cheshire Police is appealing for help from residents in tracing wanted man Alan Airey. Officers in Runcorn are looking to locate the 41-year-old as he is wanted on recall to prison. Airey, who is of no fixed address, but of Runcorn, is described by police as being white and around 6’ 2” tall, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He met the woman on Facebook after his release following a four-and-a-half-year sentence for child sexual assault and grooming. The defendant used a false surname and began staying over with the woman, her children, and a young teenage girl who also shared the Merseyside house.
