The reported incident took place on Thursday, June 18, between 9.30pm and 10pm at Liverpool’s Pier Head during the On the Waterfront festival. A 59-year-old man from Huyton was reportedly identified by a third party and arrested at the scene. An appeal has been made for the victims and any witnesses to contact officers to assist with the ongoing investigation.
