Anthony Heraghty has commenced as the new CEO of Winning Group. Heraghty replaces John Winning Jnr who announced he was stepping down in April. Over a period of 10 years, Heraghty was previously managing director, group managing director and chief executive officer at Super Retail Group and stepped down last year after an alleged affair. Super Retail Group is the parent company of Supercheap Auto, Rebel, Macpac and BCF. Winning Appliances staff that attended the company meeting told Appliance Retailer they were highly motivated by the energy of the new chief executive.
