A former employee at a Hudson Valley business allegedly kept helping himself to company funds long after his employment ended. A 20-year-old Hyde Park man is now facing multiple felony charges after investigators say he fraudulently used a local landscaping company's fuel charge account for months, costing the business more than $1,300. Moyer-Mayhar, of Hyde Park, a former employee of the company, allegedly continued using the business's fuel account after his employment had ended. Investigators said that between April and June 2026, he allegedly forged the business owner's signature on multiple fuel receipts and fraudulently charged approximately $1,376 worth of fuel to the company's account.
