Authorities are seeking help to identify a person believed to have damaged more than 20 trees in a stretch of St. Paul that has seen multiple cases of vandalism in recent years. In a social media post, St. Paul police shared a picture of a man near Lower Landing Park just after 5 a.m. on July 5. Police said they believe this person was responsible for damaging 24 trees at the park. St. Paul Parks Conservancy had previously said that ten saplings were vandalized on July 4 and offered a $5,000 reward for any information.
