The Cincinnati Bearcats are receiving their first unjury new ahead of the 2026-27 college basketball season with Tulsa transfer guard and projected starter Tylen Riley being out at least 4-6 weeks with a hand injury before he is reevaluated, Jerrod Calhoun announced Thursday. Riley is the Bearcats highest rated incoming transfer with a .9300 rating. The Bearcats were hit with a significant injury in the preseason last year as well. Riley is likely to have his hand injury reevaluated at the end of August or the beggining of September. Senior guard Tylen Riley will be sidelined with a hand injury, first-year head coach Jerrod Calhoun announced Thursday.
