Angel Marie Whittington, lovingly known as Blake, was born on September 28, 2003. Blake was a kind, adventurous and caring person who brought joy to those fortunate enough to know him. Blake is survived by his brothers, Richard Waggoner and Steven Jackson Waggoner; his beloved Nana, Ellie Waggoner; and his Pops, David Waggoner.
