The former Top Gear presenter and Clarkson's Farm star wrote on X: "Brexit enthusiasts: I hope you're all enjoying the queues at your holiday airports this year." If the UK had remained part of the EU, these checks would not be necessary for British travellers. Mr Clarkson has previously expressed his disapproval of Brexit, stating he struggles to get along with those who voted for it. Some holidaymakers have even missed flights due to EES queues, such as over 100 passengers who missed their easyJet flight from Milan to Manchester earlier this year.
