NIZAMABAD: In view of the continuous rainfall across the district, a control room was set up at the Integrated District Offices Complex (Collectorate) on Thursday. Additional Collector Bhujanga Rao said the control room would monitor the rain-related situation across the district. In view of forecasts predicting heavy rainfall, he directed field-level officials and staff to remain alert and be fully prepared to handle any emergency. The Additional Collector instructed the control room staff to immediately alert the concerned officials whenever information is received about rain-related problems anywhere in the district. People facing any rain-related problems anywhere in the district have been requested to contact the Collectorate Control Room at 08462-220183.
