A 13-year-old Florida girl was safely rescued after authorities say she was kidnapped by 45-year-old Jason Castillo, who had previously dated the girl’s mother. Dashcam footage released by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office shows the dramatic encounter that led to Castillo’s arrest attempt.
