At around 2:00 p.m. a truck carrying two portable toilets was driving south in the middle lane of Interstate 49 near Bentonville. As the truck was moving, one of the portable toilets fell off into the road near mile marker 86. “Vehicle 1 was traveling southbound in the middle lane on Interstate 49, near mile marker 86, carrying two portable toilets. One of the portable toilets fell into the middle lane of the roadway. Vehicle 2 struck the portable toilet, sustaining fatal injuries,” the Arkansas Department of Public Safety said in its official statement.
