Rochester, NY -On July 24, around 9:30pm, Officers responded to the 100 block of Newcomb Street for the report of a person shot. Upon arrival, Officers located 45-year old Earl Wright suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body. During the preliminary investigation, Officers located 26-year old Sincere Lane in a nearby house suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the lower body. Lane allegedly returned fire with a .22 caliber S&W revolver and 51-year old Fawndell Henderson allegedly then hid the gun. A search warrant was executed at a house on Newcomb Street and the .22 caliber S&W revolver was located.
