A PG&E power issue at BART's Pittsburg/Bay Point station is causing delays for trains Thursday afternoon, according to the transit agency. BART initially reported the problem at about 1:45 p.m. and shortly after 2 p.m. said the power issue was causing delays of 20 minutes in both directions on the Antioch line.
