Rise for Baby and Family will host Toddlerfest, a free outdoor event for young children, from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 8, at the Adams Playground pavilion in Peterborough. The morning will feature creative play, drawing, bubbles, outdoor recreation, and snacks. While Rise has hosted Toddlerfest in Keene for more than a decade, the Peterborough event is in its second year. Rise provides early intervention services for children from birth to age 3 and operates an inclusive early childhood care program in the Monadnock region.
