Monadnock Ledger-Transcript
The New Hampshire Housing Appeals Board has announced new procedures and additional staffing aimed at resolving housing-related appeals within 135 days of filing.
Over the past two months, the state board hired a new clerk and updated case management procedures to meet its statutory timelines for housing and development disputes.
The board serves as an administrative review body for property owners, developers, municipalities, and attorneys appealing local housing-related decisions.
Officials noted the board has also updated its public website with downloadable forms, administrative rules, hearing schedules, and past decisions to improve transparency and streamline the process.
More information and public records are available on the New Hampshire Housing Appeals Board website.
