Vanderbilt Health, Siemens Healthineers Partner to Deliver Advanced Technology, Elevate Patient Care

July 27, 2026 — Vanderbilt Health and Siemens Healthineers have entered into a multi-year, $87 million Value Partnership1 to modernize and standardize diagnostic imaging, radiation oncology and related workforce development programs across Vanderbilt Health’s hospitals in the Nashville area.
“Our mission is to continually provide patients first access to the very latest advancements,” said Jane Freedman MD, deputy chief executive officer and chief health system officer for Vanderbilt Health.
Vanderbilt Health and Siemens Healthineers also will explore opportunities involving data infrastructure, AI-enabled technologies and workflow innovation in radiology and personalized medicine.
Providing Advanced TechnologyUnder the agreement, Siemens Healthineers will provide advanced technology for magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, molecular imaging, interventional radiology and radiation oncology systems for Vanderbilt Health locations including University Hospital and Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
