Midwest regional Associated Bank appointed Brianna Elsass as chief digital officer, the bank said Monday. Elsass joins Associated after a decade at BMO, where she held multiple digital servicing leadership positions until spending the last 11 months atop the bank’s U.S. digital and technology arm, according to her LinkedIn profile. At Associated, she will oversee digital banking strategy and digital sales and servicing capabilities. She succeeds fellow BMO alum Doug Peacock, who left the bank for a consulting job in January after six years. The bank closed on its $604 million all-stock purchase of Omaha, Nebraska-based American National Bank in April.
