Firefighters used strategic ignitions along Daly Creek Road from the Powder River Fire south towards Manning Creek. Firefighters held Sisley Road Creek, while crews continued mop-up around Huntington and along Snake River Road. Crew fighting the Powder River Fire, which is burning around 5 miles west of Richland, increased the containment in the Upper Timber Canyon area.
