The Long Island Game Farm, a wildlife park in Manorville, has introduced a new capybara experience for visitors through a partnership with Pete’s Taverna and the Foundation for Wildlife Sustainability.
The initiative includes the launch of the Long Island Capybara Club and new educational programs.
The Long Island Capybara Club is a new community engagement and educational program at the Long Island Game Farm that is sponsored by Pete’s Taverna and managed by the Foundation for Wildlife Sustainability.
“The Long Island Capybara Club gives families an opportunity to learn about these remarkable animals while inspiring children to become lifelong champions for wildlife conservation.”
Through the partnership with Pete’s Taverna, the Long Island Game Farm hopes to connect families with capybaras while encouraging wildlife conservation and supporting local businesses.
