"We had the New City Plan just before we were sacked. In 2016 which proposed a lot of additional development in Kogarah North. Most of that has been uptaken now and it has put an additional strain on schools, the rail network and parking. And again, there's no additional open space proposed to accommodate the recreational needs of people who live there. They can either hop on a train or drive somewhere else."
