The filing deadline for the September 12th Bethany Beach municipal election was Wednesday. Four candidates filed for the four open seats – all incumbents. Ron Calef, Mickey Hinman, Rich McHugh and Bob Rush will be sworn in to 2-year terms at the Council Reorganization meeting on September 21st.
