PLANS have been submitted for the long-awaited new health centre in Burntwood. The development has been proposed for the former youth centre site at Cherry Close. The scheme would see the creation of a new health centre alongside sports pitches and a new care home. “The services provided by Darwin Medical Practice at Greenwood Health Centre will not be relocated. The health centre is proposed for the north east of the site and would have 85 standard parking spaces and six accessible ones.
