The lodge at the entrance of Rosetta Caravan Park, which is listed as Category C by Historic Environment Scotland, appears to have slates falling off and the roof caving in. The Rosetta site has recently been taken over by Eden Resorts. Peebles Community Council had heard concerns that the lodge was being 'allowed to deteriorate'. “We recognise the interest in the lodge at the entrance and understand why people are keen to see progress. “While it would be premature to comment on specific proposals or timescales, we can say that we are committed to taking a thoughtful and responsible approach as our plans for the wider site continue to develop.
