The weekend opened with the 3rd Annual LeKool Champagne First Lady Awards Brunch at the Orange Lawn Tennis Club. The celebration continued with the 5th Annual Kool Kids Foundation Day Party, hosted by Newark native Vin-Rock of Naughty by Nature and soundtracked by celebrity DJ Kid Capri. The weekend concluded with the 7th Annual Kool Kids Foundation Charity & Celebrity Golf Outing. The Kool Kids Foundation works to help bridge that gap by providing musical instruments and resources to underfunded schools, giving students opportunities to explore their creativity, build confidence, and discover the impact music can have.
