The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona) defeated reigning titleholders Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong of The Conglomeration to kickstart their first run with the gold. Christian hit Cassidy with a top rope belt shot, giving Ricochet the opening to hit the Spirit Gun, get the pin, and win the titles. Afterward, The Demand and Lethal Twist attacked the former champions which led to Brody King coming out to help but he was also overwhelmed.
