“That’s the nature of it being an uncurated festival,” said Nick Jonczak, who leads the Cannonball Festival, one of the major hosts of Fringe Festival shows.
Fringe performers range from artists like Julia Masli, presenting “Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha,” who has toured her show around the world, including at the Mother Fringe in Edinburgh, Scotland to The Bearded Ladies, Philly favorites, who are presenting a half-theater, half installation piece titled “Priority Hoarding: A Retrospectacle.”
