The Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre, ESPC, is offering a series of free advice events at their George Street lounge. ESPC, a property marketing company representing more than 100 solicitor and estate agent firms, is offering events throughout August. All events will be held in ESPC’s property lounge at 27 George Street and attendance can be confirmed online. Property experts and solicitors will be in attendance to offer advice covering legalities, the process of property purchase in Scotland and the hidden costs which they may not have considered. On 29 August the “Later Living: The Next Property Stage” event will be held for individuals looking to sell their homes or downsize.
