Westmoreland County last year was among the 10 Pennsylvania counties with the highest reported incidence of human trafficking, she said. The legislation established mandatory human trafficking awareness training for those working in the hospitality industry. It was cosponsored by state Rep. Eric Nelson, R-Hempfield, who stopped by Red Devils Park for the Red Sand Project Thursday.
