Earlier this month in the parking lot of a Central Avenue McDonald's a shooting occurred. We now know a Colonie man is facing attempted murder charges in relation to this event. Officers then met the bus near Central Avenue and Quail Street, where they found a 33 year old man with gunshot wounds to his chest and arms. Thursday he was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court, and remanded to the Albany County Jail with bail set at $75,000. Police determined the location of the shooting happened in the parking lot of the McDonald's at 391 Central Avenue.
