Around 32 residents were relocated and provided city aid, which City Council voted in April to extend another year. Tenants who were vacated from the buildings in 2024 following the city’s condemnation action will receive $790. No sale or redevelopment of the buildings has happened while the property was tied up in the tenants’ suit. Further, the deteriorated concrete walkways at the 2014 and 2018 buildings respectively collapsed in October 2025 and April 2026.
