(Courtesy Jackson County Sheriff's Office)EDNA — A man wanted in Florida on multiple sex offense charges was arrested Wednesday in Jackson County after authorities learned he was traveling by bus toward Mexico, according to law enforcement officials. The Jackson County Operation Lone Star Task Force, assisted by a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper, conducted a traffic stop on the bus and took Perez Hernandez into custody. During the investigation, Operation Lone Star Task Force Deputy Jorge Franco, who also serves as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement 287(g) Task Force officer, determined Perez Hernandez was in the United States illegally, according to authorities.
