Through funding provided by the ASPCA’s Rescue Effect campaign, adoption fees will be waived for kittens, adult cats, dogs and most puppies. All animals adopted from Foothills Humane Society are spayed or neutered, age-appropriately vaccinated and microchipped before leaving the shelter. The Rescue Effect campaign runs through October and provides grants to participating shelters and rescue organizations to help cover adoption fees and support operations.
