–The Republican looking to become Iowa’s next Governor made a stop in Kossuth County Wednesday, speaking at an agriculture learning day near Algona. Zach Lahn was able to lay out some of his ag policies during the forum that was hosted by Natural Heartland Solutions. During an interview with KLGA News, Lahn noted that all politicians are going to say they support farmers during an election year. When it comes to the topic of carbon sequestration, Lahn says he has made his opinion known. Lahn says he’s not sure if the two sides will come to an agreement anytime soon.
