A 26-year-old man, Feranmi Oluwaseun, on Thursday appeared before a Grade A Customary Court sitting at Mapo, Ibadan, over the alleged unlawful possession of a suspected stolen mobile phone. Oluwaseun pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge of conspiracy and unlawful possession. Akintayo held that the sureties must each provide evidence of tax payment to the Oyo State Government and a valid means of identification.
