Drug Trafficking Suspect Rearrested While Out On BondSMITHFIELD, N.C. — A Clayton man who was free on a $90,000 bond while awaiting trial on multiple felony drug charges is back behind bars after Smithfield Police allegedly caught him with more cocaine during a traffic stop. A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered additional cocaine and marijuana. Court records show Galloway was released on a $90,000 secured bond following the May arrest and was scheduled to appear in Johnston County Superior Court on Aug. 13. Instead, police allege he committed another felony drug offense while free on bond. Galloway was given a $200,000 bond following his first court appearance on July 28.
