She claims the land bank’s decision was “arbitrary and capricious.”
Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Arnold Klein this month denied the land bank’s preliminary objections to the lawsuit, allowing the case to forge ahead.
He also denied preliminary objections lodged by Lunsford-Evans.
“It ensures that the Land Bank’s actions can be fully examined in court.”
