A Pittsfield pharmacist is facing federal charges after prosecutors say he stole Adderall and its generic version from his own pharmacy for personal use.
Joshua Bradley, 30, of Pittsfield worked as a licensed pharmacist at a national pharmacy chain.
According to federal court documents, he's now charged with five counts of getting controlled substances through fraud and deception.
Court documents say Bradley diverted Dextroamp-amphetamin, the generic form of Adderall, on four different days in August, September and November of 2024.
Bradley is set to make his first court appearance in federal court in Boston on Sept. 9, 2026.
