Staff ReportWARSAW – Deliberations for a Leesburg man ended in a hung jury on Wednesday, July 29. According to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, the jury could not come to a unanimous decision for the trial of Paul Andrew Schacht. Schacht, 57, 58 EMS T13B Lane, Leesburg, is charged with two counts of causing serious bodily injury when operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more, both level 5 felonies.
