Steven C. Halfacre, 77, Rochester, formerly of Warsaw, died Saturday, July 25, 2026, at IU Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette. He was born April 12, 1949, in Arkansas, to Clark and Merle (Sullivan) Halfacre. His wife, Vicki (Clark) Halfacre, whom he married July 14, 2001, survives. He also is survived by his son, Aaron Halfacre; daughter, Theresa (Jeff) Babylon; seven grandchildren; stepchildren, Laurie Norman, Kelly Sturch and Wes (Lori) Norman; seven step-grandchildren; and siblings, Tim Halfacre and Lori (Jeff) Conley. Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, is handling arrangements.
