Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, was sentenced on two counts of voyeurism, both level 6 felonies. McGrath prohibited Walters’ sentence on the first count being served through Michiana Community Corrections, Warsaw Community Corrections, or through home detention. impassioned, told McGrath, he believes voyeurism should be classified as a sex crime, especially in cases like this. McGrath told Walters, “I hope you are seeking help because you want to be a better man, not because you are facing sentencing today… I’m not entirely sure that’s true.”
