Officials say the move follows a string of disruptions in recent weeks that have hit Casares Costa and El Secadero particularly hard, with connectivity problems recurring within a short space of time. Copies can be picked up in person at Casares town hall itself, as well as at the local council offices (Tenencias de Alcaldia) in Casares Costa and El Secadero, making it easy for coastal residents to grab one without a trip up to the old town. This isn’t the first time Casares has had to fight for a decent phone line. Residents may need to be patient this time round too, but that earlier episode shows sustained pressure from the town hall can pay off.
