State law enforcement agents arrested two people on Thursday after simultaneous raids of properties in two Washington County towns suspected of being sites of drug trafficking. Agents found cocaine and other items consistent with drug trafficking, along with a 9mm handgun and $2,400 in suspected drug proceeds, the MDEA said. Matthew Small, 47, of Hancock, who owns both properties, was arrested without incident and taken to Washington County Jail where he is being held without bail. Marissa Oullette, 40, of Fort Kent, was arrested on a warrant for violating probation and taken to Washington County Jail. She was serving a two-year probation for a 2025 drug trafficking conviction, according to the MDEA.
