Michael Waltrip launched a NASCAR-themed bar inside Eleven Lakes Brewing's Cornelius taproom at 10228 Bailey Road. The Michael Waltrip Signature Bar pours flagship beers like Talladega Light lager, Bristol Sunshine Tangerine Ale, and The Big One double lager. This Cornelius bar marks the fourth Michael Waltrip Signature Bar. The two-time Daytona 500 champion's company now lists Cornelius alongside locations in Clarksville, Bristol, and Nashville. "While the decision to close and sell a restaurant is never easy, the Michael Waltrip Taproom is immensely proud of what was accomplished at this location — the memories made, the friendships built, and the moments shared," the brewery said in a statement.
