Our Future Health, the UK's largest health research project, is opening a mobile clinic in Barry to encourage wider participation across Wales. Dr Raghib Ali, chief executive and chief medical officer of Our Future Health, said: "We’re thrilled to launch our mobile clinic roadshow this summer, enabling even more people to get involved in Our Future Health. "It’s essential that our programme represents people across the UK, so that research can reflect the health and needs of people in these areas. The Barry clinic will operate at the Asda Barry Superstore car park on Ffordd Y Mileniwm from July 30 to August 23. Participants will also have the option of receiving health feedback and may be offered further insights in the future, including their risk of certain diseases.
