School Lane in Brinscall will be shut to through traffic from Lodge Bank to Dick Lane from August 3 to August 21. The closure, announced by Lancashire County Council, is to allow new service connection works to take place. A diversion route will be in place: School Lane, Buckholes Lane, Bett Lane, A674 Blackburn Road, A674 Chorley Road, Bury Lane, Railway Road and vice versa.
