Abdullah Anwar, who turns 28 today, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Tuesday (July 28) charged with one count of dangerous driving. Anwar, of Kelswick Drive, is accused of driving an Audi S3 on the M65 westbound near Nelson on February 26 of last year. He entered a not guilty plea and was bailed ahead of a pre-trial review on June 22 next year. A trial expected to last three days was scheduled for August 17 next year.
