BARRIE360/Julius HernThe suspect connected to a series of break-ins on the northeast end of Barrie was tracked down and arrested by police on Thursday morning. Barrie Police say an officer patrolling the area of Perry Street at Milligan's pond noticed suspicious activity and began investigating. Barrie Police had been investigating after two break-ins were reported in the area of Bell Farm Road on the morning of July 23.
